![]() ![]() restart the Mac Pro computer, mains output Not Working. Use my laptop with windows 10 (latest version), Zoom audio mains output Working fine (Windows give you the option to choose the output channels 1&2 or 3&4). Test other apps such as Browser IE:YouTube, Facebook as well as Spotify and GoToMeeting apps, mains output Working fine. Zoom Speaker Test sound, No Audio coming out from mains. uninstall zoom and install the latest Version: 5.6.4 (765), No Audio. I have exactly the same issue but only with Zoom VC App, USB audio coming out of the phones but not from the mains output, MAC Audio Midi Setup > configure speakers set to 3 and 4, did anyone get a solution? ![]() But I also need to record things like Skype calls, YouTube etc. When I open up its output it’s set to the ProFX. Whoops sorry so I’m using Adobe audition, the subscription one that gets updated. ![]() I’ve started a return but if I can get it working I still have time before the return label is setup as is my understanding there may still be something I’m doing wrong And the Mackie isn’t a true multitrack so there’s only one road in and out. Macs are fairly straightforward compared to windows machines so there aren’t a lot of settings to dive into. Like it clearly sees it and like you said I can get the audio on the one usb channel, but just not the second one. What DAW are you using? (Note: I'm not familiar with mac stuff, but thinking there should be an audio setting in there somewhere (aggregate audio?) or at least in the DAW)Yeah so for some reason Apple calls their sound settings the audio midi settings or whatever the official name is, but yeah it’s set to have all sounds good out over the Mackie usb. The Mackie does not send or receive MIDI data. Not sure why/how you're using MIDI settings. Have you set up/assigned the DAW to send audio to the USB 3/4? It sounds like you have USB 1/2 audio coming back to the mixer OK with “to phones/control rm”. ![]()
